Parliament Debates Draft Law on Organ, Tissue and Cell Transplantation

The plenary session of the State Great Hural (Parliament) began today.

Items on today’s agenda include:

• The bill on organ, tissue and cell transplantation, along with related bills submitted jointly with it /submitted on March 31, 2025 by four members of Parliament including MP J. Chinburen; first discussion, 90 minutes for questions/
• The draft revised Law on the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, along with related bills submitted jointly with it /submitted on December 17, 2025 by two members of Parliament including MP D. Enkhтүvshin; consideration of whether to deliberate, 120 minutes for questions/
• A draft resolution of the State Great Hural on establishing an ad hoc oversight committee /submitted on November 7, 2025 by 35 members of Parliament including MP Ts. Baatarkhuu/
• A draft resolution of the State Great Hural on establishing an ad hoc oversight committee /submitted on November 24, 2025 by 37 members of Parliament including MP D. Ganmaa/
• A draft resolution of the State Great Hural on changing the composition of a subcommittee, among other matters.
